About Me

My Story

With more than 15 years of experience developing leaders and shaping organizational strategy, I’ve coached and advised executives across sectors — from nonprofit CEOs and foundation leaders to senior leaders in technology, finance, energy, higher education, and public service.

My coaching blends deep strategic insight with actionable, results-oriented guidance to help leaders step confidently into their roles. I specialize in supporting mission-driven executives navigating pivotal transitions: building high-performing teams, engaging boards effectively, driving accountability, and strengthening their external presence.

Beyond my coaching practice, I serve on a nonprofit board and have guided CEOs and boards through complex nonprofit mergers, supporting leaders in aligning strategy, culture, and governance during times of change.

In the corporate sector, I’ve led change management initiatives for large tech companies during mergers and acquisitions, helping organizations retain key talent, drive alignment, and accelerate integration.

I live near the beach in Pacifica with my wife and our twin teen boys. Outside of work, I recharge through stand-up paddleboarding, camping, dancing, and following women’s sports — experiences that keep me grounded and bring balance and perspective to my work with clients.
