About Me

My Story

With more than 20 years of experience developing leaders and shaping organizational strategy, I’ve worked with senior leaders across sectors, from nonprofit CEOs and foundation leaders to executives in technology, financial services, energy, higher education, and public service.

My coaching combines strategic insight with practical, results-oriented support to help leaders navigate complexity and lead with greater confidence, clarity, and intention. I specialize in supporting mission-driven executives at pivotal leadership moments, including increased scope, organizational change, building and leading high-performing teams, strengthening accountability, and navigating consequential people and organizational decisions.

I bring more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including direct leadership and board service, and have advised CEOs and boards through complex mergers, helping leaders align strategy, culture, leadership, and governance during significant organizational change.

In the corporate sector, I’ve held executive roles leading enterprise talent strategy, executive development, succession, leadership development, and organizational transformation. I’ve also led through significant organizational change and mergers and acquisitions, giving me firsthand understanding of the complexity senior leaders face when organizations and roles are evolving.

I live in Pacifica with my wife and our twin teen boys. Outside of work, you’ll often find us at a Valkyries game, hiking Montara Mountain, paddleboarding on the Russian River, walking Linda Mar Beach, or camping in the redwoods.
